Yes. On the Invoice lines screen (before comparing), tap any field to edit the name, quantity, or price. On the report itself, you can link an unmatched scan to an invoice line. The app remembers that pairing so the next invoice from the same supplier reads more accurately.

Tap the Snap it action in the camera screen and photograph the label. The AI reads the product name and brand and adds it to your catalog. Once added, that product has a stable identity even without a printed barcode.

On the home screen, choose Count my stock. Walk your shelves or aisles and scan each item; the app tallies the counts and flags items below their reorder level so your reorder list writes itself.

Yes. Scanning, counting, and invoice reading work without a connection; your data syncs when the device is back online. Photos and invoices captured offline queue up and upload automatically.

Sign in with the same account on each device. Your catalog, product photos, count history, and observation ledger sync in the background. Everyone sees the same data. Invoices/compares stay on the device that created them until saved.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your account email, and check your inbox (and spam) for a 6-digit code from [email protected]. Enter the code in the app and choose a new password.

Open the Account menu (tap your name on the home screen) and choose Delete Account. This permanently erases your account and all associated data (products, counts, photos, invoice comparisons, and history) from our servers. If you can't access the app, email [email protected] and we'll delete it for you.
