Check a delivery in under a minute

Once you've registered and signed in, here's the whole receiving flow: scan what arrived, let the AI read the supplier invoice, and catch every short, over, and missing item before you pay. These are the app's real screens.

1Open the app

Tap “Receive a delivery”

After you sign in, the home screen asks what you're doing. Choose Receive a delivery, the receiving flow that verifies goods against the supplier's paperwork. Your first tap shows a quick sample tour; tap Check my first delivery to jump into the real thing.

✦Nothing to set up first. You don't need to load the invoice or build a catalog. Just start.

Start scanning the delivery

You land on the receiving screen. The big number is units counted so far, zero when you begin. Tap the green Start scanning button and the camera opens.

✦Every scan adds one to the count instantly. Come back here any time to see the running total or view the full list.

Scan each item as it comes off the truck

Point the camera at a barcode. It counts one and jumps to the top of the list, so you can rattle through boxes fast. Scan the same code again and it's +1. No barcode? Tap Snap it and the AI reads the label to name the product for you.

✦Scanning a barcode doesn't take a photo. Only Snap it captures an image, and only so the AI can name the product. When the delivery's done, tap Finish.

Review what you counted

Finishing shows the list of everything you scanned, newest first. Fix any quantity with the − / + steppers or tap the number to type it. Mark damaged units here too. When the count looks right, tap Compare to invoice.

✦You can stop here if you just wanted a count, but comparing to the invoice is where the money gets caught.

Photograph the supplier's invoice

Tap Take photo and snap the invoice, packing slip, or delivery note, one shot per page. Add more pages if it runs long, or pick an existing photo from Files. Then tap Read invoice and the AI pulls out every line.

✦Any supplier document works. You're not limited to invoices. No printed barcode needed; the AI reads names and quantities.

Check the lines the AI read

The app shows what it pulled off the invoice: supplier, invoice number, total, and every line with its quantity. Tap any field to fix a mis-read. When it looks right, tap Compare and the app reconciles the invoice against your scans.

✦Corrections you make teach the app. The next invoice from that supplier reads more accurately.

Read the report before you pay

Here's the payoff. Every line is labelled Matched, Short, Over, or Missing, with what you scanned vs. what the invoice billed. The green card totals the money caught, items you'd have paid for but didn't receive. Export it to settle with the supplier.

✦That's the whole point: you know exactly what arrived, and what to dispute, before money leaves the business.
